All Grant Packages must be in writing and postmarked by July 16, 2008.

The Hill Country Charity Ball Association (HCCBA) is now accepting applications from 501(c)(3) non profit organizations desiring to be the beneficiary of the 22ND  Annual Hill Country Charity Ball. 

Applicants should submit a detailed description of their project or program and the amount requested. Each request should include organizational background, structure, purpose, objectives, financial statements, amount and intended use of funds requested. The HCCBA cannot fund salaries, operating expenses or related administrative costs.

The HCCBA has donated $999,450 to charities in the Hill Country since the first ball in 1986. Activities of the HCCBA focus on the annual Charity Ball scheduled to be in April 2008. The most recent Ball held in March 2007 raised $63,700 for the Kids’ Advocacy Place.

The HCCBA was formed in 1985 as a nonprofit corporation for the purpose of raising funds to benefit local charitable organizations, programs and organizations for the welfare and enrichment of the community.
