Physical tax-deductible donations can be made by mailing a check made out to Hill Country Charity Ball Association to: HCCBA, PO Box 291933, Kerrville, Texas 78029

For specific donations such as a memorial or honorarium ("in honor of") please notify us through email or in writing the information to be included in the letter. These types of donations will be confirmed by email or letter to the donor. If the donor indicates an individual to whom the donor wishes an acknowledgment sent, we will send an letter stating a donation was made. This letter will give the donor's name and any special text the donor specified regarding the memorial or honorarium. We do not specify the amount of the donation in such a letter unless requested by the donor.
